How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. First, go to the Order Now page. Add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking the green button next to the product. You can then view your cart at the top right of the page. Follow the steps of the checkout process by clicking the green buttons.
Once your order is placed, we will gather the products, pack them carefully, and hand them over to the delivery service as soon as possible. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need an account to place an order. Our ordering platform is a B2B customer portal, specifically designed for business clients. With an account, you gain access to personalized pricing, order history, and other useful features that make the ordering process more efficient.

Are all products always in stock?
In our webshop, you can check the stock status for each product. If a product is in stock, this will be clearly indicated, and you can order and pay for it immediately. If a product is out of stock, the system will notify you automatically.
99% of our inventory is stored in our own warehouses, and we make every effort to keep it well-managed. If a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable despite being listed as “in stock,” we can usually deliver it within a few working days. We will always inform you in such cases.
If the delivery time does not suit you, you have the option to cancel your order. In that case, we will refund the full purchase amount within the legal 14-day period. Of course, we always strive to offer a suitable solution, but the choice is entirely up to you whether to accept it.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can only make changes to your order if the package hasn’t left our warehouse yet. Our team works efficiently, and orders are quickly picked and packed for shipment. If you need to make any changes, please contact us by phone as soon as possible so we can see if it’s still possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without any issues, as long as it hasn’t been processed yet. In that case, there will be no additional charges. If the order has already been processed, our business cancellation policy applies, and we will charge a fee to cover the incurred costs.
Important: Our team works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. This means your order is often already with the pickers to be packed and shipped. If you want to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible if your package hasn’t been offered for shipment yet.
How to cancel an order?
Please contact us by phone as soon as possible to check if cancellation is still possible. If your package has already been processed or offered for shipment, don’t worry! You can still cancel it, and if it has already been shipped, you can return it using our Return Form.
