I want to return my product, is that possible?
You can always return your products to us. Of course, we are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the product you received. We strive to make everyone happy, and if that means returning the product, we are happy to assist you. You have up to 30 days to change your mind. During this period, you can return (part of) your purchase. Please check the returns page on our website for the procedure.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. This is certainly not our intention. Products that we have sent incorrectly are not listed in your order, and therefore cannot be processed automatically. We apologize for this. In this case, please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to assist you so you can receive the correct product as quickly as possible. They will ask you which product you did not receive and what you did receive. Based on this information, you will be given instructions on how we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different product, you can return the one you received and then place a new order for the item you want.
Can I return everything?
Unfortunately, there are certain products or situations where returns are not possible. Some examples include:
• Customized products
• Redeemed or used vouchers and gift cards
• Perishable items
• Downloaded products that could be copied afterward
• Products that have been damaged due to improper handling or other forms of damage

What are the return conditions?
You can register the desired items for return within 30 days of receiving your order. After that, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back. We find it important to receive the product in its original condition and undamaged so that we can offer it to another customer. Can I return a Second-Chance product?
Yes, you can return it within 30 days, just like any other product.
How quickly will I be refunded?
If you wish to cancel or return your order, we will refund the purchase amount, minus any applicable costs, within 14 days after receiving the product in good condition. If any signs of use or damage are found on the returned products, a depreciation may be applied.

My delivered product is damaged, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order, and they will assist you as quickly as possible with a suitable solution. We kindly ask you to send an email with the following details: order number, a clear photo of the shipping box, the packaging of the item (if available), and the damage to the item. If you’d like a quick resolution, please send us these details via email right away.
