Are all products always in stock?
In our webshop, you can check the stock status for each product. If a product is in stock, this will be clearly indicated and you can order and pay for it immediately. If a product is out of stock, the system will notify you automatically.
Approximately 99% of our inventory is stored in our own warehouses, and we make every effort to keep our stock levels accurate and well managed. In the rare event that a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable despite being listed as “in stock”, we can usually deliver it within a few working days. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If the revised delivery time does not suit you, you may cancel the affected product before shipment. Any payment already made for that product will be refunded accordingly.
Of course, we always aim to provide a suitable solution and will do our best to assist you in finding an alternative if desired.
What is the delivery time for the products?
Products listed as “in stock” on our website and ordered before 16:30 on business days are usually shipped the same day, once the order has been accepted and the status changes to “Processing”.
Delivery times depend on the destination country. The approximate shipping times per country are listed on our website. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Please note: larger deliveries may be shipped on a pallet instead of as a parcel. The processing time for pallet shipments may take one to several additional working days for picking, packing, and arranging transport.
Order acceptance and payment conditions
Acceptance of your order depends on the agreed payment terms. Orders paid in advance will remain on hold until payment has been received. Orders with invoice payment terms will be processed immediately after acceptance.

What are the shipping costs and how are the products shipped?

Our products are usually shipped via DPD. Larger shipments, such as multiple pallets, may be shipped via a freight carrier or DHL Cargo. In such cases, we will contact you to provide further details about the delivery.
I want to pick up my order immediately, is that possible?
Our pick-up warehouse is open on weekdays from 08:30 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 16:30.
We recommend placing your order in advance through our website to avoid waiting times. Please note that we do not have a physical store where you can select items yourself. Orders must be placed through our website. If you wish to place an order on-site, you can do so using your phone via our website. A waiting area is available at the entrance.
Please note: Payment at the pick-up warehouse can only be made by debit card.
If you would like to collect your order outside regular opening hours, please contact us by phone. Depending on availability, we may be able to schedule a personal appointment. Appointments outside regular hours are generally only possible for orders with a value of €1,000 or more.
