We offer a variety of payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best. The available payment options can be found on our website. You can also pay when picking up your order. Simply select this option when completing your order. Please note: at our location, only card payments are accepted.

Yes, you can pay later through Afterpay / Riverty or via invoice. This option is useful if you prefer to receive your order first and pay later, or if you don’t have your debit card available at the moment.

Afterpay / Riverty: You can order up to €1000 worth of products with payment after delivery, free of additional costs. Afterpay offers a payment term of 14 days. For more information, we refer you to the website of Afterpay / Riverty.

Invoice: It is also possible to order on invoice up to an agreed credit limit, with a standard payment term of 14 days. This option is currently only available for businesses within the Netherlands. Would you like to order via invoice? Please contact us first, and we will assess if this is possible and what credit limit we can offer.

Important to know: Afterpay / Riverty will perform a credit check to determine if you are eligible for payment after delivery. You will be immediately informed of your eligibility during checkout.

For invoice orders, we will first need to activate this option for you.

Yes, that’s possible! You can transfer the total amount of your order directly to our bank account via online banking. Be sure to include your name and order number in the payment reference, and follow the instructions provided during checkout.

Please note:
Processing time: Please allow 1 to 4 business days for the payment to be processed.

Shipping: Your order will only be shipped once we have received the full payment.

If you wish to cancel or return your order, we will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

Deduction of costs: As per our business terms, any costs incurred, such as return shipping or processing fees, will be deducted from your refund. This is because we offer all our products at competitive prices.

Depreciation:
If there are signs of use or damage on the returned products, depreciation may be applied to the refund amount.
